ops began tattooing in California in 1967. After completing Military service in the United States Navy, he continued to tattoo in California until 1977. Pops
has tattooed in shops across the country-including Washington state, Arizona, Texas, Hawaii, Wisconsin, Kentucky and Illinois.
Pops came to North Chicago in 1980 and opened Modern Tattoo Ltd., the oldest and finest tattoo shop
in Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin.
